Thank you for your interest in the Skincare Regimen Beauty Boxes.  We have two separate box subscriptions available for your needs.

1.)  Body Butter Box - This is a bi-monthly subscription.  Bi-monthly subscriptions or  one-time purchases, plus a $5.00 flat rate USPS Priority 1-2 day shipping.  SUBSCRIBE AND SAVE 16%.

2.)  Beauty Box - This is a monthly subscription.  Monthly subscriptions or one-time purchases, plus a $5.00 flat rate USPS Priority 1-2 day shipping.  SUBSCRIBE AND SAVE 11%.

Since each product is handmade we have to allow time for formulation.  Each box will be open for purchase, but the current months box will be available for purchase until the 25th of each month.  

All orders will be shipped on the 30th of each month/bi-month.

Q:  WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

A:  You will be set-up on a recurring month payment that will be deducted around the same date of each month that you original joined the membership.  

Q:  CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

A:  Yes!  This membership is a month-to-month subscription that are set to automatically renew each month.  If you wish to cancel your subscription, you will need to notify the recurring payment processing to end your subscription and notify us via email at info.jadedbodybutter@gmail.com by the 15th of the month so that you box is not counted in time for formulation of the products.

Q:  WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY BOX TO SHIP?

A:  Each box is shipped on the 30th of each month.  Body Butter Boxes are shipped on a bi-monthly basis on the 30th of each month.  See Body Butter subscription for the full 6 month calendar.  The last day to purchase the current month's box is the 25th to allow time for formulation of each product.  

Q:  WHY DO YOU CHARGE SHIPPING COSTS?

A:  Although these are skincare products, the multiple items inside can get a bit heavy, so we have reduced the fee to a flat rate for shipping.  We would love to office free shipping on everything, but unfortunately free shipping is not cost effective for our small company and the small prices that we charge for our products.

  ~ RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY: Any item received damaged must be brought to the company's attention within 2 business days of receiving your order with proof of damaged goods. Orders can only be returned or exchanged if they were received damaged. No refunds or exchanges on used products. Return/exchange policy is strictly enforced as these are considered beauty and they are not allowed to be resold. By visiting this site, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the regulations of this policy.

Please Note:  If you do not like the contents of your box or the scent of the items, our RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY still stands.  Due to the the FDA Regulations for beauty products there are no exceptions.  Feel free to gift the items.  What you may not like someone else may love.  You just might make their day.  Thank you for adhering to this policy.
