Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Greetings from Jaded Body Butter!  We are extremely excited that you are interested in carrying our brand in your store.  We look forward to a very successful partnership to showcase our branded natural skincare product line in your store.  Please familiarize yourself with our policies to ensure a fast account review and order process.  You will need to be approved and registered as a retailer.  Store managers are also welcomed to place orders at anytime.

We provide a quick and simple online registration through our portal that requires an active URL for your store or information on your storefront.  You may also email your information for approval to wholesale@jadedbodybutter.com.

We carry the best all natural ingredients that are formulated with care and are cruelty free, paraben free, and phthalate free.  Our jars and bottles are BPA free, made with PET plastic, meet FDA requirements, and reusable.

Our products are formulated for all skin types for daily use to keep your skin hydrated and moisturized the entire day.  You will have the benefits that pure essential oils provide for the skin as well as the wonderful scents of premium fragrance oils that smell true to their name.

To place an order after approval, you may go through either of our quick ordering processes:

1.)  Log into your created account on our wholesale portal at jadedbodybutterwholesale.com.

2.)  Email your order form from our catalog products to wholesale@jadedbodybutter.com.

The prices are set to wholesale and required minimums.  

MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) = 3 per 1 SKU (Lip Balm = 6 per 1 SKU)

MOV (Minimum Order Value) = initial order $200.00, re-order $150.00

A $200.00 MIN opening order will give your store 22-40 SKU's to stock your shelves or add to your online store presence.

We are also working on account approval for different wholesale marketplaces, so if you have a favorite, please suggest Jaded Body Butter to them for a faster approval.

Online retailers carrying Jaded Body Butter products ae required to include Jaded Body Butter's name in the product title and/or description as the manufacturer.  You may only sell on your URL that is submitted from your approval from your wholesale application.  You may not utilize national global selling platforms, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, etc.  Failure to comply will result in the termination of your store's wholesale purchasing process.  All product purchased wholesale for resale should state created and/or manufactured by Jaded Body Butter as each product is handmade and formulated by Jaded Body Butter only.

Payment of all orders are required prior to shipping via major credit card or PayPal.  Net Terms are only offered to established businesses with Jaded Body Butter.

Orders are shipped from Douglasville, GA via USPS or UPS for larger orders within 7-10 business days of the date of your order. Shipping charges will be calculated by the weight & size and added to the invoice if order is taken via the Order Form.

There will be no prices and/or price tags added to any product jars and/or bottles by Jaded Body Butter.

No refunds or exchanges are provided unless products arrive damaged. Notification must be given within 7 days of receiving shipment with pictures of proof of damaged goods. PLEASE NOTE: There are no refunds or exchanges allowed for melted products that are left in uncontrolled temperature settings. Butters, Sugar Scrubs, and Whipped Soaps are to be kept in a cool setting of 75 degrees or lower as they will be subject to melting.

You may only use our product images for marketing if you are an approved retailer of Jaded Body Butter. Accounts that are not approved are prohibited from any product images and/or product descriptions.  All Jaded Body Butter labels must remain on each jar, bottle, and/or tube.
