 Thank you for your interest in Private Label purchasing!  I wanted to provide some useful information about your purchase that I have been frequently asked when purchases are made by other businesses.

Q:  What is private labeling?

A:  Private Label purchasing allows other small businesses to purchase in bulk at a wholesale rate and apply their own private business label to each jar/bottle for the items that they have purchased.  Please feel free to purchase multiple sets if you desire a certain number of any product.

Q:  What are the ingredients?

A:  Each item purchased has a list of ingredients in the “PRODUCT DESCRIPTION” box under each product listing.  Feel free to copy and paste the ingredients to apply to your own private label.  Our butters are blended with 3 natural butters, Unrefined Shea Butter, Raw Organic Cocoa Butter, & Raw Organic Mango Butter.

Q:  Why do the colors of the products sometimes differ?

A:  When the product has activated charcoal and/or turmeric, the activated charcoal will sometimes turn a little grayish and the turmeric will turn a little darker when formulating each batch.

Q:  What kind of labels should I use?

A:  Please review each product description.  I have now added the label information that I use for each product that I sell to give you an idea for sizing and color.  I do not print and/or customize labels for other brands, nor are we able to accept your labels and put them on to the products.  The labels are totally provided by you as the business owner, except for the scent label that is applied at the bottom of each product.

Q:  What is the shelf life of the products?

A:  The shelf life of each product is listed in the “PRODUCT DESCRIPTION” box.  Most items formulated have a shelf life of 12 months.

~ RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY: Any item received damaged must be brought to the company's attention within 2 business days of receiving your order with proof of damaged goods. Orders can only be returned or exchanged if they were received damaged. No refunds or exchanges on used products. Return/exchange policy is strictly enforced as these are considered beauty and they are not allowed to be resold. LABELS:  Labels that are branded with Jaded Body Butter are subject to change as our business grows, so the front label info may not be up to date, but labeling is up to the buyer to provide.  We do not produce product labels for any buyer under Private Label and our website is current with the items that are available for purchase.

SHIPPING:  Most large orders are shipped via UPS.  Please track your packages to ensure that they are not left outside unattended or in the hot weather as Jaded Body Butter is not responsible for stolen packages or melted items.  In the hotter months items that are heat sensitive will be packed with cold packs that will help prevent melting for a certain amount of time.  Please ensure that you have provided the correct shipping address as we are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.  If your package has not arrived at the time UPS has stated via the tracking number, please call your local UPS to make the appropriate claim to open an investigation as they are responsible for delivery.

Private Label purchasing is set-up for bulk buying for companies that would like to sell our products as an additional product line for their small business.  All products are freshly made upon order, so please allow 7-10 business days for shipping.  You will be notified via email if your order is larger and will need more than the usual manufacturing time.

Jaded Body Butter is a Trademarked name and you are not allowed to sell any manufactured product under the Jaded Body Butter branded name.  All products are handmade and formulated by Jaded Body Butter directly.  Using Jaded Body Butter's name to resale your Private Label products is not allowed without the expressed consent of Jaded Body Butter.
